Overview
Joink (“we”, “our”) provides a creative print-planning app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Joink and how you can contact us.
Information we collect
Content you create. Artwork, layer data, project names, thumbnails, and export files you generate are stored locally on your device in the app’s document storage. We do not upload your designs to our servers.
App preferences. Settings such as grid spacing, default export format, and onboarding completion flags are saved on device using standard iOS storage APIs.
Diagnostics. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send (for example, your email message and any attachments). Apple may provide crash or usage diagnostics according to your device settings; we do not receive those reports directly unless you share them with us.
How we use information
We use on-device data solely to provide editor, archive, Print Lab, and export features. Email you send to support is used to respond to your request and improve the product when you report issues.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your project files with third parties except when you explicitly export or share files yourself using iOS share sheets or cloud services you control.
Data retention
Project data remains on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
Children
Joink is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through support email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can delete projects inside the app, reset samples from Settings, or uninstall Joink to remove local data. You may request access or deletion of support emails you sent us by writing to the contact address below.

Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Joink after changes means you accept the revised policy.
